There are 111 comfortable rooms on 8 floors, making it one of the tallest buildings in the city with good views of the Strait of Magellan. Room are air-conditioned, each with a safe, cable TV and wifi.

The colonial decor is buttressed with many antiques, and the public areas are elegant. The restaurant serves good Chilean food, much of it seafood as would be expected from this historic city on the tip of Patagonia.
